We've been running the A.T.L.A.S trainers for the last couple of weeks and they are just next level comfortable.
These trainers are the absolute best when it comes to doing anything where the terrain gets a little rough.
The Eco and Force foam work hand-in-hand to offer one of the softest, most supported run that we've ever experienced.
Now, they're not going to replace your Crossfit shoe or any other HIIT training shoe....they don't have that tight ankle support for when you're getting horizontal or doing a high volume of burpees....but, if you're going on any kind of terrain that's off the mat, these are just phenominal.
You can also slip in an ATLAS plate that stiffens up the whole feel of the trainer, but, in my opinion it never needed it. Even with a weighted vest and a 30kg Camelbak backpack, they felt good and just kept on going.
